European cooling-off rights

If you qualify as a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from distance contracts for goods. Refund posting timelines

After we receive and inspect eligible goods—or after we approve a refund without physical return for verified defects—we issue payment reversals to the original tender within ten business days in ordinary circumstances. Banks and card networks may add settlement latency that we cannot accelerate. Partial refunds may apply if promotional bundles are split.

Non-refundable scenarios

  • Opened or partially consumed supplements where hygiene would be compromised for the next customer.
  • Perishable add-ons if we ever offer them and mark them final sale at checkout.
  • Gifted items lacking a receipt unless the original purchaser authorizes the lookup.
  • Shipping surcharges for expedited delivery when the carrier already performed the service.
